These terms govern use of the CorbieTech Suite tools operated by CorbieTech, Costa Rica. By signing in to a tool you agree to them.
1. Who the tools are for
The tools are provided to CorbieTech and to clients CorbieTech works with, for their business use. They are not offered to the general public and access may be limited to invited accounts.
2. Your account and your keys
You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with and for any third-party API keys you add to a tool. Keys you add are used only on your behalf, and any usage charges from those services are yours. Do not add keys or data you are not entitled to use.
3. Acceptable use
Use the tools only for lawful business purposes and only on data you are permitted to process. Do not attempt to access another user's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
4. Data and privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Availability and changes
The tools are provided as they are, and may be changed, paused or withdrawn. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any research result or score is accurate or complete — outputs are aids to a human decision, not a substitute for it.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CorbieTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
